FE:POR
Ike - Because he's awesome, and it's literally impossible to beat the game without him.
Illyana - I just like her.
Nephnee - game breaker. She's a damn good unit to begin with, and with wrath, resolve, and the Knight ward, she is borderline unkillable.
Mia - SHE COMES WITH VANTAGE. VANTAGE.
Kieran - It's traditional for me to use the red caviler.
Marcia - Best peg Knight available.
Titania - Not bad, as far as training wheel paladins go. She's also cool looking.
Lethe - Actually much better then Mordecai, if you leave the beorc guard on her. Powerful and fast. Also, in this game, there are no royal laguz around to make her horrifyingly redundant.
Soren - Powerful. And adept is nice.
Astrid: Paragon is an evil, evil ability.
Lucia - I like lesbians. Is that a crime? Although she is not actually a lesbian at this point. It's very complicated.
Nasir - Yeah, yeah, I know. Getting him is a bitch. But it's worth it.
Tibarn - He's awesome, and insanely overpowered.

Time for something I don't do very often anymore: An emotional rant.
I belong to an oppressed minority: Atheists.
Ever since I was a small child, I have been bullied because of this fact. Even within my own family.
It has come to the point where I wear my religion on my sleeve, so that if anyone takes issue with it, they do so at the beginning of the relationship, and not in the middle.
My family does not respect my views, calling me "Troubled"- though admittedly in a joking manner - and they don't respect the hardships I endure because I am an atheist, or care about how people talk about atheism.
People hate Atheists because we scare them. They worry about if we are right, and there is no big babysitter in the sky, because if that's true, all of their comfortable certainties about life and death vanish in a puff of smoke.
I understand this, but it's a bit much to be written off by your own family.
