Snake Poison:
As a free action, melee attacks made with either weapons or unarmed strikes can be made to deal poison damage, instead of their regular damage type. (Untyped damage just becomes poison damage)

Paragon:

Snake Coils:
You can grab creatures without having hands free, and grabbing creatures does not occupy your hands. Also, you can grab as a minor action, and gain a +5 to Grab attempts made without the use of your hands.

Constricting Coils: 
Prerequisites: Snake Coils feat, Strength 15 Dexterity 15
Creatures grabbed by you are restrained instead of immobilized, and take ongoing five damage until the grab ends.

Steel Scales:
You treat scale armor as light armor (e.g. you add your intelligence or dexterity modifiers to your AC while wearing it.) Also, you gain proficiency in scale armour.

Epic:

Killing Coils:
Prerequisite: Snake Coils feat, Strength 19 Dexterity 19
Creatures grabbed by you who are granting you combat advantage are treated as being helpless.

Death Rattle:
All attacks made by you have the "Rattling" key word.
